Who you should refer

15Five primarily works with HR and leadership teams. If your referral is a company founder, a senior leader, or he head of people they could be the perfect fit. Feel free to refer companies in any English-speaking countries.

Terms and conditions

  • Gift card values are in USD.

  • Participants may redeem a gift card to a business of their choice from our select vendors.

  • 15Five will pay out the reward to a referring party within 30 days of the referral’s trial or demo and within 30 days of the referral’s first invoice as a 15Five customers.

  • No reward will be provided for companies, departments, or team already within an active trial or buying cycle with 15Five.

  • No reward will be provided if a company, department, or team that has already been referred to 15Five. Only one reward will be granted per referral company, department, or team.

  • 15Five reserves the right to declare a referral ineligible for the promotion if we believe the referral program is being abused.
