We are excited to announce that 15Five has won a prestigious Talent Management HR Tech award from Lighthouse Research & Advisory. For over ten years now, the Lighthouse team has been serving HR, talent, and learning professionals with practical research and advice. The purpose of this award program is to help buyers and employers understand some of the best companies in the industry for technology selection needs.
As part of the application process, we explained the problems that our technology solves, submitted this client Case Study, shared a demo, listed key differentiators, and provided some insights into our unique, people-centric culture. Below are some snippets from the application. And while we are definitely tooting our horn here, we also want to recognize our beloved employees and customers without whom we would not have won.

- You may recall that in early 2020, the entire world of work shifted to remote and hybrid. 15Five’s then nascent Transform product, offering live and on-demand training and coaching, was brought in by HR at many organizations to up-skill managers to lead from a distance. This produced business results like reduced turnover and increased engagement to align teams and saves HR time.
- Many organizations use 15Five’s complete HR Tech platform to help stem turnover and improve the employee experience. We shared an example of how a customer used two of our products in tandem to increase retention, by measuring sentiment in a more effective way and flagging potential turnover risks early. Product 1 is Perform, which includes an onboarding tool, weekly check-ins, pulse checks, and performance reviews. Product 2 is Engage, 15Five’s engagement survey product.

In contrast, 15Five’s biggest competitor’s apps have average ratings of 2.8 and 2.6 stars. (We also won a Gold Stevie Award for our app this year.)
