Announcing 15Five’s Integration with ADP Workforce Now®

That’s why we’re excited to announce that 15Five has a new, one-of-a-kind, bi-directional integration with ADP®. Now, customers that use 15Five for performance and ADP Workforce Now® for payroll and other HR functions can seamlessly share and manage data between both platforms. This integration, which is available on ADP Marketplace, enables HR teams to integrate platforms without having to worry about security issues or loss of data. It also empowers HR leaders to spend less time on redundant tasks like data entry, and more time on meaningful work that can unlock the potential of all employees.
With this integration, users can sync 23 data points and performance and OKR data between 15Five and ADP, making it easier to use both platforms to their fullest extent. There are plenty of options to customize how the data syncs based on your organization’s ADP data.
The data will automatically sync on a nightly basis, ensuring consistent, up-to-date information — but you can choose how often your data automatically syncs between the two platforms based on your reporting needs or how often your data is updated. The flexibility and ease of setup makes this a true ‘plug and play’ integration, allowing your HR team to get started faster.
