Amy holds a PhD in Counseling and Supervision and has an extensive background in psychology, supervision, counseling/career counseling, and training. Over the last fifteen years, she has served in various leadership roles as a key stakeholder to support individuals, as well as teams, in their holistic health and engagement. During that time, she also co-taught graduate level courses on Cultural Diversity, Supervision, and Mental Health and developed successful mental programs from the ground up. Additionally, she conducted and published extensive research on wellness, purpose, meaning, and connection. She is passionate about emphasizing those factors, as well as, all the other core constructs of employee engagement to build and support highly engaged leaders and rapidly growing teams.
